Bike racks
Keep your bicycle in our storage area instead of your apartment. A bike rack is included with each storage cage, or you can get a rack without a cage. To sign up, fill out the form on the Residents' Info page.
Gym
Our newest equipment in the Pinehurst gym are a mini-universal machine, which gives you five ways to exercise, and a stationary recumbent bike. Members will see them during their next workout. If you're not a member ask for a tour!
A set of equipment from Curves is the centerpiece of the room, and a treadmill, free weights, punching bag and more round out the options. Two televisions are connected to a VCR and a DVD player, so take your favorite shows with you -- and your favorite music to play on the CD player. Storage cages
If you can't fit everything into your closets, put them in one of our storage cages. Each contains about 160 cubic feet. When you rent one, you get a bicycle rack for free. To sign up, fill out the form on the Residents' Info page.Laundry room
All our clothes washers and dryers were replaced in November with new machines that use less electricity, water or natural gas. They also save quarters by using 'smart cards' instead of spare change.
Other features
Brand-new windows were installed in every apartment last fall, and each comes with screens and tilts in for easy cleaning. We also have an elevator and a live-in superintendent.
