Our newly renovated laundry room uses smart cards,
not quarters, and features green machines.

Laundry room

All our clothes washers and dryers were replaced last week with new machines that use less water or natural gas, and all use less elec- tricity. They will also save quarters by using 'smart cards' instead. Each apartment will receive a card (with $5 on it to start!) to insert when washing or drying your clothes. You can add money using a machine similar to an ATM that will be in the laundry room.

Fitness room

Workout equipment from Curves is the centerpiece of our workout facility. A treadmill, free weights, punching bag and more round out the options. Two televisions are connected to a VCR and a DVD player, so take your favorite shows with you -- and your favorite music to play on the CD player. Storage cages

If you can't fit everything into your closets, put them in one of our storage cages. Each contains about 160 cubic feet. When you rent one, you get a bicycle rack for free. To sign up, fill out the form on the Residents' Info page.

Bike racks

Keep your bicycle in our storage area instead of your apartment. A bike rack is included with each storage cage, or you can get a rack without a cage. To sign up, fill out the form on the Residents' Info page.
